IN THIS EPISODE:

In today’s episode I’m going to be answering all of your questions! I asked my audience

(aka you, IG, FB) to give me some of your questions and what you wanted to know about business, life, relationships and all. So let’s dive in!

Question 1: Do I have to talk about my offer every single day in stories?

No you do not. None of us want to be that coach where we hop on IG stories every single day and we try to sell ourselves everyday. It doesn’t feel good that way and your audience is going to get tired of you. You are not a commercial, you are here to give value, help them and give them what they’re looking for. You don’t have to talk about your offer every single day but you can sell every day, and you should be, you’re a business, but that doesn’t mean you have to be in stories every single day. You should be using your other platforms to be selling.

Question 2: What if I don’t feel like posting everyday on Instagram and everywhere else, do I have to quit?

No! Please don’t quit and you do not need to post every single day! If you are posting just to post, please don’t. You want to have variety in what you’re posting but you also want to have variety in what you’re posting, while serving to your audience. When you are posting be strategic and ask yourself, is this something that my ideal client cares about, is this something that is going to impact my ideal client? Can they relate to this somehow? Ask yourself those things and ig they answer is no then you need to decide what the purpose is of your post. I recommend posting at least 3 to 5 times a week because you do want to be showing up and serving, if you can’t do anything more than that then be sure to show up on stories on they days you aren’t posting so that your audience doesn’t forget about you.

Question 3: How do you balance life, your relationship and business?

When it comes to balancing your life and business, it can become a struggle I’m sure if you’re in your business. To be honest in the beginning it was difficult and I didn't always have very thing together and I was sort of just juggling everything. Back then I thought that if I wasn’t constantly working then I wasn’t going to get to go where I wanted to go and that I had to be hustling all the time in order to be successful which wasn’t true. You do not need to hustle in your business 24/7 to be successful. You need to have that balance, you need to be able to have that play time, because if not you will burn out. Burnout is not fun. I have open communication with my partner and there have been days when he has had to pull me out of the office, literally. I need that accountability once in a while to make sure I actually stick to that.  I separate my phone and laptop work as much as I can, I do as much as I can on my computer and google calendar is my BFF. I’ve stopped living inside my office.

Question 4: How do you expand your followers past the people you already know or attract your ideal client to follow/find you?

In order to start to expand your followers, use hashtags to find your ideal client and collaborating with others. I used to be so scared of collaborating with other coaches but has brought so many other opportunities to help other people find you. There will be people in your audience that vibe better with the person you’re collabing with and vice versa and that’s okay. There are an abundance of clients out there who are waiting to hand you money, they just haven't found you yet and collabing is going to help you get there.

Question 5: What exactly do you do with an email list once you have one?

You want to nurture your email list at least once every week because what happens is if you don’t email your list for 3 months they are not going to be opening your emails once you start emailing them. So start story tell with your mistakes, fitness tips, start a newsletter with things they can’t get anywhere else, except your email list and you can sell in your list as well. But, just start with some type of value. An email list is so important because your ideal client probably has their email open at work.

Question 6: I feel like I'm getting more views and likes but no one is showing interest.

I know a lot of people are stressed out about engagement on social media and the numbers on social media and I'm going to tell you right now, they. Do. not. Matter. Yes, more views means more opportunities to reach new potential clients. More views does not equal more clients. Focus on growing your audience a little bit every single week and every single day, but also nurturing your audience so that you can focus on finding your ideal clients.

Question 7: How do you get these potential leads to interact and engage with your posts?

If you do want more engagement/interaction with your audience we need receive what we put out to the universe. But if you’re not doing that for other people how can you expect that in return? We receive what we put out. Go reach out to your ideal clients, engage in their stories, engage in the questions in their posts, engage with them in your content and build that relationship. Reach out to them and say “hey thank you so much for being apart of my community today, what can I help you with, how can I add value for you today?

Question 8: How can I overcome the “I can’t afford it/ it’s too expensive” objection rather than offering just a payment plan?

So many people feel that the minute an objection comes their way on a sales call or a dm they see a stop sign and feel that it means they’re not allowed to continue the conversation. And in reality, that is when the sale starts, that actually gives you the opportunity and the permission slip to continue the conversation. There will be fears and there will be objections so when it comes to this one, talk it through with them. When you ask them what they have spent money on in the past 30 days, they probably can’t tell you so ask them and work it through with them. Don’t just say “maybe next time.” You are the coach so you need to help them through with this. At the end of the day they are scared of so many other things, judgement, fears, can I really do it, but they are using money as the mask and the reason to not move forward. Do we have to help them see what their real objection is. One quick thing is start to just chat with them about their budget and they’ll realize that it actually is doable.
